Inclusion Criteria:
- Male
- Age 45-70
Exclusion Criteria:
- Unable to communicate in English
- Too ill
- In police custody
- Visual acuity worse than 20/60
- History of prostate cancer
- Lack of cooperation
- Overt psychiatric illnesses
