Through its fundraising efforts, the JourneyCare Foundation (formerly Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois) makes it possible to keep one of JourneyCare’s most important promises: never to turn anyone away because of inability to pay. As important, our Foundation support focuses on enhancing quality of life for our patients and families.
