Where are the best facilities and physicians for hepatosplenic t-cell lymphoma?

My daughter's bone marrow is currently being tested for a fairly certain diagnosis of hepatosplenic t-cell lymphoma. I would like to know the best facility and physician to contact if this diagnosis is confirmed. I understand from research on the web that it is very aggressive and fatal. She is 34 year old with Crohn's disease and was taking Remicade to reduce the occurrence of abscesses. Thank you for your help.
