Whats the prognoses for cancer of the fallopian tube?

Whats the prognoses with cancer of fallopion tube .cisplatin .and another chemo .now carboplatin chemo being given every week for two months.reoccurance has taken place after 12 mths

Hi,
Very hard to tell but I would say that the prognosis really depends on what stage your disease is in and if there is spread to vital structures in your body such as the liver, lungs, & brain.
Without those areas being affected then it may be good. If those areas are dramatically affected then it may not be as good.
