Have non-small cell adenocarcinoma in lungs. Had surgery on right lung, have it on left lung. Do not want more surgery or chemo. Am 68 years old. Thank you.

Hi, it's very difficult to answer the specifics about your case without knowing more about the entirety of your situation. If your situation is one that would be cured by surgery then this would be the way to go. Sometimes people develop second primary lung cancers independent of the original lung cancer. If this is related to the original cancer then chemotherapy + radiation may be a possibility as well if surgery is not a curative option. Talk to your Doctor and see what he can do to assist you in your decision.
