My PSA is 1084 but have not had a biopsy

MY PSA IS 1084 I HAVE NOT HAD A BIOPSY I DON'T HAVE ANY OF THE USUAL PROSTATE SYMPTOMS

Hi, you will definitely need a thorough evaluation - especially of your prostate. You may also need additional scans such as a bone scan and a CT scan.
That value of PSA is highly suspicious for cancer - so please get it checked out thoroughly.
