Thursday 9/1/11 lumps the size of two small lemons found to be a problem by ultrasound. Location iny left arm pit Radiology had me hand carry results back to referring surgeon. The following Thursday 9/8/11 appt cancelled because computer down. Appt moved to 9/12/11 when needle biopsies taken. Results back in 9/15/11. A poorly differentiated carcinoma found in lymph nodes. PET scan scheduled for this Friday 9/23/11. Surgeon has not contacted oncologist. Seems as though this is being treated as not a priority. I even have to call the surgeons office to get results. Do I need to get a more responsive team?
