Hi, you need to go to your doctor and have them do a history & examination of your breasts. You may also need to get a mammogram or an ultrasound in the process to evaluate for cancer. Sometimes your menstrual cycles or an infection may also present with a lump; but cancer is the greater concern and should be rules out first - even if it is only a remote possibility.
Thanks & let us know how it turns out!
