Hi sorry to hear about your complications from treatment. Unfortunately in order to combat your cancer, your testicles can suffer from the effects of life saving chemotherapy. Sometimes sperm banking is something that can be performed beforehand if desired. Unfortunately sperm banking itself can also be quite costly. You should visit with a urologist or fertility specialist in your area if your counts still remain low and you desire to have a family. Thanks for your question! Let us know what you find.
