Are there any other treatment options available for stage four endometrial stromal sarcoma?

I have stage foue endometrial stromal sarcoma. So far I have had six weeks of radiation treatment, . Then I was given megace to shrink the tumors. Surgery is not an opton at this time. I suspect that chemotherapy will be next. Is there anything I can do to lessen the nausea and vomiting? Are there any other treatment option availale to me?

Hi,
There are many medications available to treat nausea such as Emend, Zofran, Compazine, and Phenegran. Cannabis also works for patients that are refractory to ALL medications and is legal in California for personal use. Talk to your Doctor about what is necessary to control your nausea as many prescriptive options are available.
