Inclusion Criteria:



- surveillance of polyps or disease of the colon

- screening colonoscopy

- anoscopy for suspected or known anal dysplasia or neoplasia

Exclusion Criteria:

- unfit for standard colonoscopy or anoscopy

- unable to provide informed consent
