Inclusion Criteria:



- Patient over 18 years old

- Patient with malignant hilar obstruction

Exclusion Criteria:

- No written informed consent

- Patient with uncorrectable severe coagulopathy

- Indication for surgical operation

- Karnofsky score < 60%
