In each session, I modify and combine techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, some Mayofacial work, Trigger Point work, and Reiki in order to help you relax, unwind and feel better. I want you to feel better, have more mobility and be able to live a long, full life without having to deal or "live with" the pain any longer! Massage isn't just about relaxing any more, it's about feeling better!
