Inclusion Criteria:
- ASA I or II
- age >=20, <= 80 years
- female
- patients undergoing elective total laparoscopic hysterectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
- age < 19 years or > 80 years
- abnormal mental status
- drug abuse
- chronic alcoholism
- immunosuppressants or steroid user
