Inclusion Criteria:



- outpatient diagnostic colonoscopy

- bowel prep with macrogolum

- initial 2 mg of midazolam i.v.

- signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria:

- planned therapeutic intervention

- colorectal surgery in history

- known inflammatory bowel disease or colorectal cancer

- refusal of sedation
