Inclusion Criteria:



- patients with core binding factor positive acute myeloid leukemia

- 18 years or older

- patients were treated with standard chemotherapy

- patients with available medical record and stored bone marrow specimen at time of
diagnosis

Exclusion Criteria:

- no definitive criteria
