Inclusion Criteria:



- 18+

- High risk of developing type 2 diabetes as identified through a risk score

Exclusion Criteria:

- Diagnosed diabetes

- Taking steroid medication

- Serious chronic illness preventing participation in trial

- Unable to speak English
