Inclusion Criteria:
- Surgery for Upper GI cancer
- Age over 18
- Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Major swallowing disorders
- Dementia or other psychological state precluding compliance and understanding of
research protocol
- Pre-existing enteral or parenteral nutrition
