Inclusion Criteria:
- Head and neck cancer
- Planned curative radiotherapy
- Planned irradiation of level II+III lymph nodes >46 Gy
- >=18 y
- Speaks and reads Danish
- No previous Surgery to the head and neck area except biopsies
