Inclusion Criteria:



- Any patient with histologically proven operable ,locally advanced and metastatic
oesophageal or gastric carcinoma.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Second malignancy

Outcome Measure:

To determine whether specific gene expression profiles are associated with response in oesophago-gastric cancer.
