Inclusion Criteria:



- Adult patients scheduled for oro-pharyngeal carcinoma surgery with reconstruction by
fibula free flap

Exclusion Criteria:

- Allergy to propofol or local anesthetic (ropivacaine)

- Severe renal or cardiac failure
